India will have two more opportunities to end their much-talked-about drought for an International Cricket Council (ICC) trophy. The men and women's teams will be gunning for T20 World Cup glory in June and September-October, respectively.
Unlike 2023, the New Year is going to be packed with Test cricket, much to the delight of the purists. The India men's team will host England in a five-Test series in January-March and then tour Australia for a 5-Test series to end the year. In between, they will play Test series against Bangladesh and New Zealand at home.
There's the big IPL 2024 edition, which might be MS Dhoni's Last Dance and also witness Rishabh Pant's much-awaited comeback. The second season of Women's Premier League is also coming, and it promises to be bigger and better.
