One of the best performances of Stuart Broad in Test cricket is against India. In the 2011 Trent Bridge Test, he took six wickets in India's first innings, including a hat-trick. England made 221 in the first innings and India was in a good position at 267-5 in reply, before Broad pulled off an incredible collapse. India was bowled out for 288 as Broad took the last five wickets in quick succession to give England full momentum for the second innings. Together, he also performed well with the bat. Stuart Broad contributed 64 runs in the first innings and 44 runs in the second innings. He was named player of the match for his remarkable all-round efforts.

In 2013, there was a face-off between England and New Zealand. The two-match Test series between the two sides began with the first match at the iconic Lord's. The England team scored 213 runs in the second innings and gave the target of 239 runs to the visiting team. Defending a low score, the England bowlers showed courage and helped their team win the match. Stuart Broad picked up crucial wickets of Ross Taylor, Kane Williamson, and Brendon McCullum in his bowling and ended his spell with figures of 7/44. England won this match.

England took a 2–1 lead in the four-match series against Pakistan before the final at Lord's in 2010. However, they had completely faltered as Mohammad Amir decimated their batting lineup and restricted them to 102/7. Then Stuart Broad comes to the crease and scored 169 runs. The match was played from 26 August to 29 August 2010 at the Lord's Cricket Ground in London.

In that match, England batted first and Stuart Broad was sent in to bat at the end of day three. He played a remarkable innings scoring 169 runs from only 226 balls. His innings included 18 fours and a six.
