Rohit Sharma and Hardik Pandya's Revealing Video Sparks Debate

New Viral video of Rohit Sharma and Hardik Pandya on social media

At the beginning of IPL 2024, rumors of a fight between Rohit Sharma and Hardik Pandya were everywhere. But those whispers seemed to vanish when they hugged before the first match. However, things went downhill for Mumbai Indians. They lost games, fans booed Hardik, and there were even videos of Hardik seemingly bossing Rohit around on the field.

Things weren't great off the field either. After a loss, Rohit avoided a hug from Hardik Pandya, and they were seen having serious talks. There were other moments that fueled the rumors like Rohit chatting with the team owner while Hardik sat alone.

But recently, a new video surfaced showing Rohit and Hardik shaking hands. It's a short clip, but it might signal a truce between the two players.

Watch the clip below:

The latest edition of MI Daily captures the entire unit of the Mumbai Indians at a pretty cool place away from the city, where players engage in another team bonding exercise through various activities such as motorboating. Accompanied by a musical evening, the players could be seen in good spirits ahead of their much-awaited clash against Delhi Capitals on Sunday. With some flamboyant clothing, it was evident that the players tried to drift their minds.

MI needs to clear the air on the Hardik-Rohit situation

As MI play their second game at Wankhede, they desperately need a win to not just bring some smiles back on the faces of their fans but also hush out the booing. They are the only team yet to win a single game in the ongoing season of the IPL, and there are no prizes for guessing, they languish at the bottom of the points table. Playing against the Capitals is MI's best chance to break the deadlock, as DC haven't been at their best either. They are two points above MI at 8th and after being ambushed by the Kolkata Knight Riders two days ago, they are right there for the picking.

The team returned to Mumbai ahead of the weekend, where the returning Suryakumar Yadav linked up with the squad. On Friday and Saturday, MI would be having their practice sessions at the Wankhede from 4PM and 3PM respectively.
