The second name in this list comes from Pakistan's fast bowler Wasim Akram. Wasim played Test and ODI cricket for 19 years. Akram retired in 2003 with 502 wickets to his name. He achieved this feat in 356 matches, making him the best left-arm bowler and highest wicket-taker in ODIs for the Pakistan cricket team.

3. Waqar Younis - 416 wickets in 262 matches

The name of another Pakistani fast bowler and former Pakistan team captain Waqar Younis is included in this list. Waqar Younis has taken 416 wickets in 262 ODIs. Waqar played cricket for Pakistan from 1989 to 2003.
