What is the Impact Player Rule in IPL 2023

BCCI has implemented a new rule from season 16 of IPL (IPL 2023), which is being known as Impact Player Rule. This rule starts only when the match starts, in which the captains of both the teams go to the ground for the toss and announce a total of 15 players, not their playing XI. In which 1 player is part of the playing XI, but out of this 4 players are ready for the impact player. But only one of these 4 players can play under the Impact Player Rule. However, the special thing is that before the end of 14 overs of the innings, the first captain can take one player out of the playing eleven and take one player out of four. So this rule will not apply after 14 overs. But if the match is of less overs and the match becomes less than 10 overs then this rule will not be applicable.
