It may rain there for the next few days and the match may be disrupted. According to reports, to avoid this and end the match quickly, the pitch can be made a slow turner. Not only this, due to untimely rains the curator did not get a chance to do much work on the pitch. The curator is expected to hold discussions with the Indian team management to discuss the type of pitch that will ultimately be prepared.
According to this report, England may once again face difficulties due to slow turning wicket. So far only one Test match has been played in Dharamshala. The average score in the first innings on this ground has been 300, while the average score in the second innings has been 332 runs. The average score in the third innings is 137, while the average score in the fourth innings is 106.
A total of 30 wickets had fallen in the only Test so far in Dharamsala. Of these, fast bowlers took 12 wickets and spinners took 18 wickets.
