India defeated Australia by a margin of six wickets. Virat Kohli has been bowled out on 63. Suryakumar Yadav (69 runs off 36 balls) had previously lost his wicket in the third and final T20I in Hyderabad. In the game, India is chasing 187 runs against Australia, and Virat Kohli is acting as an anchor. Hardik Pandya has joined him in the middle. Earlier in the innings, India lost the wickets of KL Rahul and Rohit Sharma, but the Kohli-Suryakumar duo added 104 runs for the third wicket to bring the team back into the game. Rahul was defeated by Daniel Sams, while Pat Cummins outplayed Rohit. In the decider T20I, India chased 187 runs against Australia.

FOUR! What a fitting conclusion to this match and series. Daniel Sams bowls full and wide of off to Hardik Pandya as he rounds the wicket. As the third man is up inside the circle, Pandya throws his bat on it, gets an outside edge again, and the ball runs away to the fence for a four. India has won both the game and the series.

Virat Kohli is available for a quick chat. He claims that he bats at number three and must rely on his experience while chasing. According to him, the plan was to bring on Zampa because he is an important bowler for them. Mentions Suryakumar Yadav as an excellent batter, stating that he scored a century in England, performed well in the Asia Cup, and has continued his form here. He also claims to be the best ball striker in the world. When Suryakumar Yadav was attacking Rahul Dravid, Rohit Sharma told him to slow down and bat until the end. He adds that he is attempting to hit big ones in the middle overs. He concludes by saying that he is pleased with his contribution to the team.

It's a special place. We have had great memories playing for India and when I played for Deccan Chargers as well. Biggest positive was different individuals stepping up and delivering. You feel good about it as a management. Margin of error in T20s is small. We took our chances, we were brave as well. Sometimes it doesn't come off. There are areas to improve as well. Not easy coming back after a break against a tough team. They (Bumrah and Harshal) will take some time. Hopefully they can get back into their groove in the next series. India skipper Rohit Sharma
