Defending champions England, runners-up Pakistan, and semi-finalists New Zealand won't be participating in any warm-up games. England is currently hosting Pakistan in a four-match T20I series, while New Zealand, coming off a tour of Pakistan, will directly dive into their campaign against Afghanistan on June 8th.
Unlike official T20I matches, these warm-up fixtures won't have international status. This allows teams to test their entire 15-member squad during these matches. Additionally, teams can now choose to play up to two warm-up matches, depending on their arrival schedules, offering more flexibility than previous years.
