Both these bikes of the company have been built on the same platform diamond type tubular frame. Although both have different body styles. The Yamaha YZF-R3 is a full faired racing bike, while the MT-03 is a naked styled streetfighter bike.

The MT-03 looks a lot like the MT-15. This provides the rider with an upright position with minimal bodywork. Apart from this, an aggressively styled fuel tank, single projector headlamp and DRL that looks like 2 eyebrows are available.

In terms of design, the YZF-R3 looks quite similar to the R15. It has a tall windscreen, LED headlight, full fairing and muscular fuel tank. This gives the rider a low riding position, but is not as aggressive as a proper sportbike.
