Kerala Story Movie OTT Release Date Announced, when and where to watch: Adah Sharma-starrer 'The Kerala Story' is all set to make its debut on the digital platform. The OTT platform said on social media that the much-awaited film is set to premiere on February 16 on ZEE5. He expressed his excitement with a post titled, 'Finally the surprise most awaited movie coming soon to ZEE5!'. The film was one of the highest-grossing films of 2023 and the Supreme Court had to intervene to allow its screening in West Bengal after the state banned it. The top court had also asked Tamil Nadu to provide more security for its screening.

The story of the film revolves around three protagonists Shalini (played by Adah Sharma), Nimah (played by Yogita Bihani), and Geetanjali (played by Siddhi Idnani). These young women find themselves trapped in a web of manipulation laid by their roommate Asifa (played by Sonia Balani), who forces them to convert to another religion. Adah Sharma plays Shalini Unnikrishnan, who is persuaded to change her faith and adopt the new name Fatima Ba. She shares her harrowing journey of joining ISIS and being imprisoned in Afghanistan.

Divided into two parts, the first section of the film highlights the circumstances of the girls' conversion, while the latter focuses on Shalini's conversion to Fatima Ba and her subsequent involvement with a terrorist organization, culminating in her imprisonment in Afghanistan. Throws light.
