Triumph Motorcycle India has launched an updated model of its modern classic bike Triumph Speed Twin 900 in the Indian market. The look of the new classic bike has been changed and some changes have also been made in the hardware, but no changes have been made to the engine.
The bike gets features like Bluetooth connectivity navigation with call and music control. It has been priced at Rs 8.89 lakh (ex-showroom). It is Rs 40,000 more expensive than the previous model.
The 2025 Triumph Speed Twin 900 is offered with three dual tone color options. It includes Bold Accents + Pure White, Gold Details + Phantom Black and Red Outline + Aluminum Silver color. Triumph is offering more than 120 accessories with the motorcycle. These include options like heated grips and luggage, as well as style options to change the look of the bike.
What's New in the 2025 Triumph Speed Twin 900
The 2025 edition of the Triumph Speed Twin 900 features several upgrades to its hardware. For comfortable riding, the bike now features Marzocchi USD forks at the front and preload-adjustable dual shock absorbers at the rear. Braking duties are handled by a 320mm disc with a 4-piston brake caliper at the front and a 255mm unit at the rear wheel.
Apart from this, a new lightweight aluminium swingarm has been installed, which is paired with a narrower rear frame, compact tail light and redesigned short fender. The motorcycle also features a sculpted fuel tank with blacked-out components, stainless steel exhaust header and new colour options.
Triumph Speed Twin 900 Performance
The updated Triumph Speed Twin 900 is powered by a 900cc single cylinder liquid-cooled, 4 valve, D OHC engine that generates 65hp of power at 7500 rpm and 80Nm of torque at 3800rpm.
The bike uses a ride-by-wire throttle system for smooth power delivery. It also has two riding modes - Road and Rain. Rain mode reduces throttle sensitivity, making it easier to ride the bike on slippery surfaces.
Triumph Speed Twin 900 Features
The new Speed Twin 900 features a fully-coloured LCD screen that displays information such as speed, RPM, gear position and riding mode. The screen can be connected to Triumph's Bluetooth system, allowing you to use turn-by-turn navigation and control calls and music from your phone.
The bike features all-LED lighting. The Speed Twin 900 also gets features such as cornering ABS, traction control, rider cruise control and a USB-C socket for phone charging.
