The Women's Premier League (WPL) 2025 will kick off on February 14, with Gujarat Giants taking on Royal Challengers Bangalore in the opening match, which will take place at the newly-built BCA Stadium in Vadodara.

The first six matches will be played in Vadodara, after which the tournament will move to Bengaluru for the next eight matches. Lucknow will then host four matches, after which the tournament will conclude in Mumbai, where the final stage will be played. Four matches will also be played in Mumbai, including the eliminator on March 13 and the final on March 15, all at the CCI Stadium.

WPL 2025 Format

The format is the same as last season. Five teams are scheduled to play in 2025. Each team will play every other team twice in a double round-robin stage. The top three teams will advance to the playoffs. The top-placed team advances directly to the final. The second and third-placed teams compete in the Eliminator for the last remaining spot.
