Harris Rauf will not bowl

Actually, Harris Rauf had problem in oblique muscles on Sunday itself, after which he was scanned. The scan revealed swelling in his obliques muscles and due to this he will not be seen bowling as a precaution.

Harris Rauf's performance has been excellent

Harris Rauf's performance in Asia Cup 2023 has been excellent. Pakistan's fast bowler has taken a total of 9 wickets in his name so far in the tournament. In the match played against Bangladesh, Rauf wreaked havoc with the ball and took four wickets for just 19 runs. Even in the first match played against India, Harris Rauf took the important wickets of Shubhman Gill, Ishan Kishan and Shreyas Iyer.

Rohit Sharma created a stir with the bat

On the first day of the mega match, Rohit Sharma created a ruckus with the bat. Hitman batted in a explosive style and played a brilliant inning of 56 runs in 49 balls. The Indian captain hit 6 fours and four skyscraper sixes during his fast-paced innings. Rohit along with Shubman Gill made an excellent partnership of 121 runs for the first wicket.

Gill also played a good innings

Along with Rohit Sharma, his partner Shubman Gill's bat also spoke very well. Gill also showed aggressive attitude from the other end. Gill targeted Pakistan's fast bowlers from the very first ball and was seen dealing in fours only. The Indian opener completed his half-century in 37 balls. Gill became the victim of Shaheen Afridi after facing 52 balls after scoring 58 runs. The right-handed batsman hit 10 fours during his innings.
