What did India achieve during Ajit Agarkar's tenure?
Ajit Agarkar became the Chief Selector in 2023, and early in his tenure, Team India won the gold medal at the Asian Games. Subsequently, the team also won the 2023 Asia Cup.
Although India did not win the ICC ODI World Cup, the team reached the final. However, in 2024, Team India won the T20 World Cup. Following this, the Indian team won the Champions Trophy in 2025. Notably, Team India also successfully defended its T20 title in 2026.
