2027 ODI World Cup Schedule Announcement: What Time Will It Be Revealed Today?
The 14th edition of the ICC ODI World Cup (ODI World Cup 2027) is scheduled to be held from October 4 to November 21 next year. The ICC is set to announce the full schedule for the Cricket World Cup today. Changes have been made to the tournament format this time; there will be a 'Super Series' round prior to the group stage and a 'Super-7' round before the semi-finals. Given the recent state of relations between the BCCI and the PCB, the question arises: will both teams be placed in the same group?
A total of 14 teams will participate in the ODI World Cup 2027. While 11 teams have already secured their spots in the group stage, the identity of one team will be determined through the 'Super Series' round. In the first round, the three lowest-ranked teams will play two matches each. The top-ranked team among them will become the 12th team to enter Round 2 (the group stage), while the journey for the other two teams will end there.
