• Puneri Paltan find themselves in a rich vein of form as they are on a seven match unbeaten streak. Their dream run has made them sit on the top spot at the points table. Playing in front of their home crowd, they are looking to extend their win streak as they take on Tamil Thalaiavas.

Thalaivas won three out of their last four matches, while one match ended in a tie. They are entering the contest after a victory against bottom-placed Telugu Titans. But this time, they face a big challenge against table-toppers Puneri Paltan.
• Narender, in his debut season, has been the team’s best raider as he has scored 102 raid points in 10 matches. He will be the team’s main man and the team needs him to perform in a similar fashion against Fazel Attrachali’s Puneri Paltan. Narender however so far lacked support from a secondary raider. Ajinkya Pawar is the next best raider for the team with 33 raid points. He has been instrumental in the team’s victory against Telugu Titans as he clinched a six-point raid in the final second.
