The sale of e-tickets for the ICC ODI World Cup, starting on October 5 in India, may start from August 10. According to media reports, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has also finalized two big online companies for the sale of tickets for the World Cup. In this, one company is Book My Show and the other is Paytm. Both the companies will handle the ticket sales for half the matches of the World Cup.
Spectators will be required to show printed tickets for entry into the stadium. Those who buy tickets online will have to collect the printed ticket from the stadium or center and show it at the entrance.

Tickets for the final match to be played in Ahmedabad on 19 November and the Indo-Pak match to be played in Ahmedabad on 15 October will be available on BookMyShow. While the tickets for the first semi-final to be held in Mumbai on 15 November and the second semi-final to be held in Kolkata on 16 November will be available on Paytm.

There may be a change in the schedule of the World Cup. BCCI Secretary Jai Shah had given a statement a few days ago regarding the change in the schedule of some matches of the World Cup. Due to the commencement of Navratri from October 15, there is a possibility of change in the date of the match between India and Pakistan. This match is to be played at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
