Women T20 Asia Cup: Pakistan Announce Squad: The stage is set for the Women's T20 Asia Cup, and this time, the Asian continent's premier cricket tournament is being hosted in Dubai. A total of eight teams are participating in the tournament, divided into two groups of four. The Pakistan women's cricket team has been placed in Group A alongside the Indian women's team. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced a strong 15-member squad for the tournament, which begins on August 28.

The leadership of the team has once again been entrusted to the young and impressive all-rounder Fatima Sana. Fatima was not part of the Pakistan T20 squad that recently toured Sri Lanka, as she was playing for the Birmingham Phoenix in 'The Hundred' tournament in England. She has now returned to the national team refreshed and is fully prepared to lead the side in the Asia Cup.
