After losing the toss and coming out to bat first, Jamaica Kingsman got off to a disastrous start. Jayden Seales dealt early blows by dismissing Kirk McKenzie (0) cheaply, while Alzarri Joseph removed Keacy Carty (9).
Subsequently, Maaz Sadaqat (114) and Saim Ayub (29) steadied the innings by adding 80 runs for the third wicket. However, Jamaica's middle order crumbled against the lethal bowling of Sufiyan Muqeem. Muqeem dismissed Ayub, captain Rovman Powell, Hassan Khan (1), and Keemo Paul (1). Shadab Khan and Alzarri Joseph also sent Romaine Morris (0) and Andre Russell (2) back to the pavilion, respectively.

Rahkeem Cornwall gave the Falcons an explosive start in their pursuit of the 171-run target. Cornwall smashed two fours and two sixes in the very first over, accumulating 20 runs.
Following this, Evin Lewis (38) and Amir Jangoo (57*) shared a 64-run partnership for the second wicket. After Lewis's dismissal, Amir Jangoo (57* off 34 balls) and Hassan Nawaz (47* off 35 balls) stitched together an unbroken 89-run stand for the third wicket, guiding the team to their maiden CPL title victory in just 16.4 overs.
