After winning the Korea Open, India's top men's doubles pair of Chirag Shetty and Satwiksairaj Rankireddy on Tuesday rose to a career-best position in the latest BWF rankings.
Satwik-Chirag pair achieves career-best world no. 2 ranking, A week after winning another title, Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty have now reached their career-best world No. 2 rankings in the latest standings released on Tuesday.
The pair replaced the Chinese pair of Liang Wei Kang and Wang Chang, whom they defeated in the semi-finals of the recently concluded Korea Open, which was won by the Indian pair. In the final, they defeated world number one pair Fajr Alfiyan and Muhammad Riyan Ardianto.
