Rishabh Pant has become the second batsman to score the most half-centuries for Delhi Capitals in IPL. Pant scored his 19th half-century for Delhi Capitals. By the way, the record of scoring most half-centuries in IPL for Delhi Capitals is held in the name of experienced Australian batsman David Warner. Warner has played 24 half-century innings for Delhi.
Rishabh Pant broke the records of legends like Shikhar Dhawan and Virender Sehwag by scoring a half-century against Gujarat Titans. Shikhar Dhawan has scored 18 half-centuries for Delhi Capitals in IPL. Because of Pant, Dhawan has now slipped to third place in terms of scoring most half-centuries for the franchise. At the same time, Shreyas Iyer and Virender Sehwag are jointly in fourth place with 16-16 half-centuries.
