Bas De Leede creates History: Netherlands all-rounder Bas De Leede created history in the ICC World Cup Qualifier match against Scotland. Bas De Leede became the first player to score a century and take a five-wicket haul in a World Cup qualifier match. Along with this, the lead also broke the record of great West Indies batsman Viv Richards.

Bas de Lied holds a special record in the ICC World Cup Qualifier match. Netherlands all-rounder Bas de Leede became the first player to score a century and take a five-for in an innings in a World Cup qualifier. No player has been able to do this feat before. Please tell that Bas de Leede became the fifth player to score a century in a match and take five wickets in an innings. Earlier Viv Richards, Paul Collingwood, Rohan Mustafa, and Amelia Kerr have done this feat.

Bas de Leed also broke the record of West Indies great Sir Viv Richards with his all-round performance against Scotland. Apart from taking the lead five wickets, he was ahead of Viv Richards in making the highest score. Bas de Leed scored an innings of 123 while chasing the target against Scotland. Earlier, he had taken five wickets for 52 runs in bowling.
