Odisha train accident: The train accident in Balasore district of Odisha has bewildered everyone. The sports world has also suffered a big blow due to this accident. Many players including star cricketers Virat Kohli, Shreyas Iyer, former veteran Virender Sehwag and Irfan Pathan have expressed grief through social media.

Let us tell you that this tragic train accident took place at Bahanga Bazar station in Balasore district, about 171 km from Bhubaneswar railway station in Odisha and about 166 km from Kharagpur railway station. The Coromandel Express passing through this station suddenly derailed.
Some coaches of the derailed Coromandel Express collided with a goods train parked on the outer. The rear two coaches of the Yesvantpur-Howrah Express, which was passing through the down line at the time of the accident, also came under the grip of the derailed Coromandel Express.
