Nepal faced the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in the title clash of the ACC Men's Premier Cup 2026, held at the Bayuemas Cricket Oval in Kuala Lumpur. Displaying a magnificent performance, Nepal defeated the UAE by 44 runs to clinch the trophy.
- Nepal's Score: Batting first, Nepal set a formidable target of 314 runs for the UAE to win.
- UAE's Innings: In reply, the entire UAE team was bowled out for 269 runs in 49.1 overs.
Nepal Secures Second Appearance in Asia Cup History

This will mark Nepal's second appearance in the Asia Cup. The team previously made its debut in the 2023 ODI Asia Cup.
However, the team's journey in 2023 did not progress beyond the group stage:- Against Pakistan: Suffered a massive defeat by 238 runs.
- Against India: Lost the match by 10 wickets.
