There was doubt about the remaining matches of the IPL from Thursday itself.

The BCCI official was quoted by news agency PTI as saying, 'It does not look good that cricket is going on when the country is at war.' The IPL 2025 season was in its final stages and a total of 16 matches including the final were left to be played.
