Both Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and Rajasthan Royals (RR) are at a pivotal point in their IPL 2025 campaigns as they get ready to play each other at the M. Jaiswal has shown remarkable consistency, registering four fifties so far. In RR’s most recent game against Lucknow Super Giants, he hammered 74 off 52 deliveries, including five boundaries and four sixes. Unfortunately, his efforts went in vain as RR fell short in the chase.
Heading into this crucial fixture, RR will be hoping Jaiswal can deliver another standout performance and help end their four-match losing streak.
RCB stalwart Virat Kohli continues to be the backbone of their batting lineup. Building on his successful 2024 season, Kohli has regained his lead in 2025 after amassing 322 runs from eight games at a remarkable strike rate of 140 and an average of 64.40.
Kohli is coming off a superb unbeaten 73 off 54 balls in RCB’s last match against Punjab Kings, guiding the team to a comfortable win. While he has been consistent throughout the season, it’s worth noting that all his half-centuries have come in away fixtures.
With RCB yet to register a home win, the stage is perfectly set for Kohli to rise to the occasion and play a match-winning innings in front of the home crowd.
