Australia announced playing 11 for Boxing Day Test: The fourth Test match of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy between India and Australia (IND vs AUS) will be held tomorrow i.e. Thursday 26 December. Australian captain Pat Cummins has announced his final eleven for this Boxing Day Test to be held in Melbourne. In a press conference before the match, Cummins declared Travis Head fully fit. Along with him, Scott Boland, who has a great record at the MCG, has also been given a place in the team.
Pat Cummins told that Australia has made two changes for the Test to be held in Melbourne. In this, Sam Konstas has been given a place in place of Nathan McSweeney. This will be Sam Konstas' debut in Test cricket. Apart from this, Boland has been given a place in the team in place of injured Josh Hazlewood. Earlier it was being told that if Travis Head is not fit, then Josh Inglis will be given a place in the team in his place.

Sam Konstas will become the youngest Australian player to make his Test debut after Australia captain Pat Cummins. Cummins made his Test debut in 2011 at the age of 18. Australia head coach Andrew McDonald said, "We wanted clarity about our batting unit before the team meeting. We usually don't make such disclosures but we wanted everyone to know that he is in the team."
