Hardik Pandya was a part of Mumbai Indians from 2015 to 2021. MI released him before the IPL 2022 mega auction. After that Pandya joined Gujarat Titans and was made the captain of the team. Under Hardik's leadership, GT had already won the season title, while the team became the runner-up in the IPL 2023 season.
Mumbai Indians had traded Hardik Pandya to Gujarat Titans for Rs 15 crore before the IPL 2024 auction. Hardik Pandya has so far scored 1617 runs in 99 matches for MI at an average of 37.86 and strike rate of 133.49. While bowling, he has taken 36 wickets.
Talking about Hardik Pandya's performance so far in this season of IPL 2024, he has scored 141 runs in 7 matches at an average of 23.5, and has taken only 4 wickets.
