FIFA has given the hosting rights of Football World Cup 2034 to Saudi Arabia. Apart from this, the 2030 FIFA World Cup has also been announced. The hosting rights of the 2030 World Cup have been jointly given to Spain, Portugal and Morocco. This was announced by FIFA President Gianni Infantino.
FIFA President Gianni Infantino announced Saudi Arabia's hosting of the 2034 FIFA World Cup, saying, "We are trying to make football accessible to more countries and include more teams in the FIFA World Cup." Along with this, FIFA and Saudi officials also said that the 2034 World Cup will see significant changes in women's rights and freedoms.

The venue for the Women's FIFA World Cup was also announced at the meeting in Zurich. FIFA said on Tuesday that the 2027 Women's World Cup will be held in Brazil from June 24 to July 25. This will be the first time the prestigious tournament will be held in South America. 32 teams will participate in the Women's World Cup. Defending Women's World Cup champions Spain won the title at the tournament held in Australia and New Zealand in 2023. FIFA is hoping to announce the host cities and stadiums in Brazil by next year, with 12 stadiums having shown interest, including several that hosted matches at the 2014 Men's World Cup.
