Pakistan announced the squad for the Test series against Bangladesh: Bangladesh team has been announced for the 2 Test match series against Pakistan. Star fast bowler Taskin Ahmed and experienced keeper Mushfiqur Rahim have returned in the 16-member team. The first match will be played in Rawalpindi. The second Test of the series will start in Karachi from August 30. Bangladesh team will go to Pakistan on August 12 for the Test series.

National selection panel chairman Gazi Ashraf Hussain said, "We have selected five fast bowlers. Taskin Ahmed will play only the second Test. He has not bowled in any Test since June." The selection panel has given place to Shakib Al Hasan and Shoriful Islam in the team, although both of them have been away from Test cricket for a long time.
