Road to Masters Format Explained

The Road to Masters serves as the primary competitive pathway in Trident IGNITE 2026. Starting with 1,024 teams, the tournament will feature several elimination rounds to identify the strongest contenders.

Teams will first compete in the in-game qualifiers before progressing through Round 1, Round 2, Quarterfinals, and Semifinals. Only the top-performing squads will secure a place in the Road to Masters Finals, where the battle for the championship intensifies.

The Road to Masters segment carries a ₹10 lakh prize pool, rewarding teams for their performance throughout the tournament.

Challengers vs Masters: A Shot at the Pros

The journey does not end with the Road to Masters Finals.

The top eight teams from the finals will earn qualification for the Challengers vs Masters stage, a special invitational event where they will compete against eight invited professional BGMI teams.

This stage presents a valuable opportunity for rising squads to test themselves against established organizations and gain visibility within the Indian esports ecosystem.

The Challengers vs Masters event is scheduled to be held from September 11 to September 14, 2026.
