EWC 2026: Indian Free Fire fans have plenty to celebrate as Total Gaming eSports, Team Hind, and Raiders United officially secured qualification for the Esports World Cup 2026. The three teams earned their spots through strong performances in the FFWS India qualifiers and will now represent India on one of the biggest international esports stages.
The Free Fire event at EWC 2026 is expected to take place offline in Paris, France, from July 15 to July 18, 2026. Featuring 24 of the best teams from around the world and a massive $1 million prize pool, the tournament promises four days of intense action and high-level competition.
Indian Teams Qualified for EWC 2026
India will have three representatives competing at the global tournament:
- Total Gaming eSports
- Team Hind
- Raiders United
All three squads impressed during the FFWS India qualifiers and will now aim to make their mark against the world’s top Free Fire teams.
EWC 2026 Free Fire Tournament Format
The tournament will be played across three stages over four days.
Group Stage (July 15 - July 16)
- 24 teams will be divided into two groups of 12 teams each.
- Teams will compete in 12 matches.
- Top four teams from each group will directly qualify for the Finals.
- Teams finishing from 5th to 10th place will move to the Survival Stage.
- The bottom two teams from each group will be eliminated.
Survival Stage (July 17)
- A total of 12 teams will compete in this stage.
- Teams will play 10 matches.
- The top four teams from the standings will qualify for the Finals.
Grand Finals (July 18)
- The final stage will feature 12 teams.
- The tournament will use the exciting Champion Rush format.
- The winning team will be crowned the EWC 2026 Free Fire Champion.

Strong International Teams Confirmed
Indian teams will face tough global competition in Paris. Some of the notable teams already confirmed for the tournament include:
- EVOS - Defending EWC Champions
- MIA Corp - FFWS USA Representatives
- DP Dominators - FFWS Pakistan Representatives
More teams from different regions are expected to be announced in the coming days.
