It is being claimed on social media that a private video of actress Oviya has surfaced online.

This clip could be a deepfake video. Despite the growing rumours, Oviya is yet to react or issue a statement regarding the alleged leak. However, some people are sharing her intimate scenes from her Tamil film '90 ML'. Her fans are also appealing to netizens not to spread the video.
Similarly, a few months ago, a bathroom video of Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela surfaced on the internet. However, it was not her personal video but a clip from her Hindi film 'Ghuspaitiyan'.
Reacting to the leaked video, she had told Instant Bollywood, 'The day the clip came out, obviously I was upset for a while. Of course this is not my personal life, this is not my personal clip, this is part of a film, Intruder.'
Oviya predominantly works in Tamil and Malayalam cinema. She made her breakthrough with Sarkunam's rural romantic comedy Kalavani (2010) and went on to star in notable films such as Pandiraj's Marina (2012), Moodar Koodam (2013) and Madha Yaanai Kootam (2013). She also achieved box office success with her roles in Sundar C's Kalakalappu (2012) and the horror-comedy Yaamirukka Bayamey (2014). In 2017, Oviya participated in the first season of the reality series Bigg Boss Tamil. Although she left the show midway, her time on Bigg Boss brought her widespread attention and increased her popularity among viewers.
