If you thought Splitsvilla 16 was slowing down, the May 2-3 episodes just flipped the game entirely. No Paisa Challenge, straight-to-the-Dome chaos, unexpected exits, emotional power plays, and alliances cracking under pressure, this was peak reality TV at its most unpredictable.

From Sunny Leone dropping bombshell announcements to Urfi Javed stepping in to intensify the elimination game, here is a complete, no-fluff breakdown of everything that went down and why it actually matters for the game ahead.

May 2 Episode Highlights

The episode opened with a twist that instantly raised eyebrows, no Paisa Challenge this week. Instead, contestants were directly summoned to the Dome. And if you know Splitsvilla, you know what that means: someone is going home, and it is not going to be pretty.

Sunny Leone welcomed everyone, but the real surprise entry was Urfi Javed, who joined the Dome session and wasted no time in announcing that a brutal twist elimination would happen before anything else.

Unsafe Contestants

The game quickly divided contestants into two camps. Ideal Matches, but unsafe Anuska Mohit and Sandy Deeptanshu. Non-ideal Matches unsafe Akanksha, Yogesh, Zalak, Gauresh, Ron and Ashmita

Here is where things got interesting. Even though the ideal matches were unsafe, they still held power cards, giving them a safety net. Meanwhile, the non-ideal group was mostly powerless except for Akanksha.

Zalak Eliminated

The first elimination hit hard. Zalak, without a power card, was directly dumped. In a surprising moment, Kaira offered her a power card, a rare act of generosity in a game built on strategy. But Zalak declined and chose to leave with dignity.

That decision instantly set her apart. In a show where survival often trumps self-respect, Zalak’s exit felt refreshingly real.

Voting and Dumping

After Zalak’s exit, the responsibility shifted to the safe ideal matches. They had to vote for one boy and one girl to be dumped.

Sourabh Niharika chose Akanksha and Gauresh

Sadaf chose Akanksha and Ron

Gullu Kaira chose Akanksha and Ron

With a clear majority, Akanksha and Ron were chosen. Ron was immediately eliminated, no twists, no lifelines. But Akanksha turned the game on its head. Using her money power card, she spun the wheel and landed on 50000 for safety. She only had 17000, but Suzane stepped in and contributed 33000. Just like that, Akanksha was back in the game.

Throne Decision

As a reward, Akanksha got to decide which ideal match would sit on the throne, a position of control in the Dome. Her choice of Sourabh and Niharika. That decision would impact the episode significantly.

May 3 Episode Highlights

The Dome session continued and escalated further. Sourabh Niharika gained the power to save. Tayne Ruru got the power to dump

Two potential ideal matches were in focus: Hinanshu Diksha and Vishu Suzanee. Each pair had to write one boy and one girl they wanted to dump. At the same time, unsafe contestants had to vote on who should go to the Oracle.

Oracle Result

Anuska Mohit and Yogesh voted for Hinanshu Diksha. Gauresh Sandy, Deeptanshu and Ashmita voted for Vishu Suzanee. With a majority vote, Vishu and Suzanee went to the Oracle and were declared an ideal match.

Anuska Mohit Dumped

Vishu and Suzanee chose to dump Anuska and Mohit. They also dethroned Sourabh and Niharika, removing their power.

Before leaving, Anuska and Mohit received a mischief power to dump one contestant among Yogesh, Ashmita and Gauresh. Sourabh and Niharika used their saved power to protect Yogesh.

As a result, Gauresh was dumped.

Final Twist

Anuska was directly eliminated as she had no power card. Mohit had one last chance. The wheel showed 75000 splitcoins required for safety. Ashmita, Sourabh and Niharika contributed, and Sandy gave the remaining 2800. Mohit survived.

Back in the villa, tensions rose quickly. Yogesh and Ruru argued over splitcoins, exposing cracks in alliances. Akanksha and Kaira also had a heated argument, hinting at future conflicts.

Upcoming Episode

The promo hints at more drama ahead. Kaira and Gullu are heading to the Love Den. The semi-final task will begin, increasing the stakes for everyone.

The Splitsvilla 16 May 2-3 episode highlights and elimination proved that this season is completely unpredictable. From Zalak’s graceful exit to Akanksha’s comeback, and from Oracle twists to last-minute saves, the game has changed drastically. As the semi-final approaches, every move will matter, and survival will depend on both strategy and relationships.
