Mukesh Ambani was the richest person in India for a long time, but now this crown has been given to Gautam Adani. According to the Hurun India Rich 2024 list, a total of 1,539 Indians have been included in this list. The wealth of all these persons is more than Rs 1,000 crore. Gautam Adani's name tops this list, while Mukesh Ambani is in second place. This list has been prepared according to the data of 31 July 2024. Along with this, a new billionaire has been created in India every five days last year.
Gautam Adani's wealth increased so much
According to the Hurun India Rich 2024 list, the wealth of 62-year-old Gautam Adani has reached Rs 1,61,800 crore. Mukesh Ambani is second on the list, whose wealth is Rs 1,014,700 crore. HCL's Shiv Nadar is third on the list. His total net worth is Rs 314,000 crore. Cyrus Poonawala's name comes fourth. His net worth has reached Rs 289,900 crore. Sun Pharma's Dilip Sanghvi is fifth on the list, who owns a total of Rs 249,900 crore.
Kumar Mangalam Birla is at the 6th place in this list and his net worth has reached Rs 235,200 crore. Hinduja's Gopichand Hinduja's net worth has reached Rs 192,700 crore. Radhakrishna Damani is at the 8th place in this list with assets of Rs 190,900 crore. Azim Premji's name is at the 9th place in the list, whose net worth has reached Rs 190,700 crore. Neeraj Bajaj's name is at the 10th place in the list, whose net worth has reached Rs 162,800 crore.
