Mumbai, India - August 2026: Hashforgamers, an Indian gaming startup founded by Mohammad Zeyan Ansari, is expanding its focus from gaming-café discovery and booking infrastructure toward building a broader grassroots esports network.
The company originally entered the gaming ecosystem by helping players discover gaming cafés, book gaming sessions and interact with physical gaming venues.
While building in this market, Hashforgamers identified a larger problem: competitive gaming opportunities remain fragmented across WhatsApp groups, Discord communities, social media pages and independently managed tournaments.

Players will be able to discover and participate in gaming tournaments, while verified community members and tournament organizers can host competitions and build their own gaming communities through Hashforgamers.
Rather than abandoning gaming cafés, the company plans to integrate them into the larger esports network as physical gaming and community hubs.
Giving Independent Esports Hosts InfrastructureA major part of Hashforgamers’ new direction focuses on tournament hosts.
The platform is being developed to allow verified hosts to create and operate tournaments while managing competition-related workflows through a single system.
