Celebrities who attended the oath ceremony of PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi's swearing-in event was a star-studded occasion, with many of the greatest stars in the film business in attendance. Celebrities that attended the event included Shah Rukh Khan, Rajinikanth, Kangana Ranaut, Akshay Kumar, Anil Kapoor, Vikrant Massey, and acclaimed filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani.

The big ceremony, held at Rashtrapati Bhavan, celebrated Modi's third term as Prime Minister and was attended by political leaders, dignitaries, and notable personalities from many sectors. The presence of these Bollywood celebrities lent a sense of glamour to the proceedings, attracting major media interest.

Top industrialists Mukesh Ambani, his sons Anant and Akash, and son-in-law Anand Piramal attended, as did Gautam Adani, who was joined by his brother Rajesh Adani and wife Priti.

Chief Justice DY Chandrachud was in attendance, as was his spouse. Pratibha Patil and Ram Nath Kovind, both previous presidents, were also present.

1. Shah Rukh Khan

Shah Rukh Khan arrives at Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi for the Prime Minister's swearing-in ceremony. The actor from 'Jawan' appeared at the venue with his manager, Pooja Dadlani. The actor donned black to the occasion. He put his long hair into a tight ponytail and completed his outfit with a pair of sunglasses.

2. Rajnikanth

South superstar Rajnikanth came to Rashtrapati Bhavan's Forecourt for the oath ceremony clad in a white lungi. Rajinikanth has also travelled to Delhi to attend Prime Minister-designate Narendra Modi's swearing-in ceremony. While speaking to the media, the actor stated that this is a tremendous achievement and that his best wishes go to Modi.

3. Kangana Ranaut

The actor-turned-MP Kangana Ranaut attended Narendra Modi's swearing-in ceremony dressed in a white saree.

4. Akshay Kumar

For PM Modi's swearing-in ceremony, Akshay Kumar, who acted in Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, also travelled to Delhi.

5. Vikrant Massey

Actor Vikrant Massey of 12th Fail has also come to Rashtrapati Bhawan for the swearing-in ceremony of PM-elect Narendra Modi.

Directors Rajkumar Hirani and Mahaveer Jain, along with actors Anil Kapoor, Anupam Kher, and Raveena Tandon, were also present at the occasion.

Anant Ambani, Mukesh Ambani's son, is also present for the swearing-in.

Billionaire Gautam Adani also made it to the Raisina Hills in the interim. His spouse, Priti Adani, is with him.

In addition to Mukesh Ambani and Gautam Adani, the event is being attended by Kumar Mangalam Birla, head of the Aditya Birla Group.

PM Modi has taken oath for the third term

During a lavish ceremony held at the presidential palace in Delhi, Narendra Modi was sworn in as prime minister of India for a third term.

The Bharatiya Janata Party chief swore to "do right to all manner of people without affection or ill-will" as he took the oath of office.

With 293 seats, Mr Modi's BJP-led National Democratic Alliance won the general election by a far narrower margin than exit polls had projected.

The opposition in India made a comeback in the election, taking home 234 seats.

Apart from the celebrities, several state heads and dignitaries from the Indian Ocean area and adjacent regions attended PM Modi's swearing-in event as distinguished guests.
