According to the latest update from Amul, starting tomorrow, customers will have to pay an additional ₹2 to purchase a liter of Amul milk. In other words, Amul has implemented a price hike of ₹2 per liter. This decision has been taken by the Amul Milk Marketing Federation. The new prices will come into effect nationwide starting tomorrow—May 14—and will have a direct impact on the common man's pocket.
What will be the price of milk starting tomorrow?
The price of Amul milk has increased by ₹1 to ₹3; consequently, the price of a 500ml packet of 'Amul Taaza' milk will rise from ₹28 to ₹29.
- The price of 1 liter of Amul Taaza milk has increased from ₹55 to ₹57.
- The price of 1 liter of Amul Tea Special milk has risen from ₹63 to ₹66.
- The price of 500 ml of buffalo milk has gone up from ₹37 to ₹39.
- The price of Amul Gold has increased from ₹34 to ₹35.
- The price of 500 ml of Amul Shakti milk will rise from ₹34 to ₹35.
In recent times, the hike in the prices of petrol, diesel, and domestic cooking gas had already placed a significant burden on the common man's pocket. Now, the increase in milk prices will cause people to face considerable difficulties.
