Brisbane Heat was able to score 153 runs at the end of the first innings. The top three batters chipped in which some vital runs for their side. Perth Scorchers however had a poor batting performance. Maddy Green was the only batter who stepped up and scored a half-century while the others went back to the pavilion quickly. Brisbane Heat successfully restricted Perth Scorchers and won by 33 runs thanks to a wonderful bowling performance.
