Electing to bowl first, Trent Boult & Rashid Khan were the stars for MI New York as they both picked up 3 wickets each which stunted the progress of the Orcas before South African ace opener Quinton's skilful 87-run innings led his team to a competitive total of 183-9.
The 2nd innings will be remembered for years to come as MI skipper Nicholas Pooran unleashed his fury in an unbelievable 137* knock which featured 13 sixes as he led his team supremely, ensuring that his team won the game by 7 wickets and that MI New York is crowned Champions of the new T20 extravaganza!
