The Ashes series is considered the most important for the England and Australia cricket teams. England Women and Australia Women will play one Test, three T20Is, and three ODIs in the 2023 season.

The England and Welsh Cricket Board (ECB) has named the England Women's A squad as well as the one-off Test match of the upcoming Women's Ashes 2023 on 12 June. England have announced a 15-man squad for the one-off Test in the upcoming Women's Ashes series 2023, which will be captained by Heather Knight. The England women's cricket team will take on the Australia women's cricket team in the one-off Ashes Test from June 22 at Trent Bridge, Nottingham.

Meanwhile, the England women's Test team will begin preparations for an exciting summer ahead with a three-day warm-up match against Australia A this week, the England and Welsh Cricket Board (ECB) said. The three-day warm-up match will be played from June 15-17 at the Incora County Ground in Derbyshire.

On the other hand, England A under the captaincy of Lauren Winfield-Hill will take on Australia A in the IT20 and ODI series. In addition, the England A team will also play a three-day warm-up match against the senior Australia women's team from June 15-17 at the Uptonsteel County Ground in Leicestershire.
