The second most expensive foreign player in the PKL 2023 auction is Iran's Fazel Atrachali, mr. reliable. Gujarat Giants won the bidding for the outstanding Iranian, who is also the most successful defender in PKL history, and paid a staggering amount of 1.60 crore.

3. Maninder Singh, 33 years old

Team: Bengal Warriors

Value: Rs. 2.12 crore

The lanky all-rounder, who helped Iran win the silver medal at the Asian Games in 2023, has now been signed by Paltans for an astronomical sum.
