The second most expensive foreign player in the PKL 2023 auction is Iran's Fazel Atrachali, mr. reliable. Gujarat Giants won the bidding for the outstanding Iranian, who is also the most successful defender in PKL history, and paid a staggering amount of 1.60 crore.

Maninder Singh, the Bengal Warriors' 'Noyoner Moni' (Gem of the Eye), has found a new home for the upcoming season after the Warriors purchased him at the auction for a whopping 2.12 crore.
Puneri Paltan, Telugu Titans, Dabang Delhi, and Bengaluru Bulls all bid for the raider, but in the end, Bengal Warriors used their Final Bid Match (FBM) to gain the services of the Moga-born hero.
2. Mohammadreza Shadloui Chiyaneh, 23 years old

Value: Rs. 2.35 crore
Iran's rising talent Mohammadreza Shadloui Chiyaneh is the most priced foreign player in the PKL 2023 auction. The lanky all-rounder, who helped Iran win the silver medal at the Asian Games in 2023, has now been signed by Paltans for an astronomical sum. He is skilled at defending and raiding, and he appears to be a top-notch addition to the Pune team.

The best-ever captain of India, Pawan Sehrawat, shattered all previous PKL records to become the player who cost the most during the PKL 2023 auction. A record-breaking two crore sixty lakhs fifty thousand rupees was paid by Telugu Titans to get the services of the high flyer, who only days earlier helped India win the gold medal at the Asian Games.
