Kolkata Knight Riders vs Sunrisers Hyderabad IPL 2024: Andre Russell's explosive 64 off only 25 balls propelled Kolkata Knight Riders to a massive 208/7 against Sunrisers Hyderabad in Saturday's IPL match at Eden Gardens.

Back from injury, KKR captain Shreyas Iyer seeks to build on the team's success under the mentorship of former legend Gautam Gambhir. Gambhir's leadership brought KKR two IPL titles and five playoff appearances between 2011-2017. This season's blockbuster signing, Mitchell Starc, joins KKR with the hefty pressure of his record 24.75-crore price tag.

Meanwhile, Australian Test captain Pat Cummins shoulders the hopes of Sunrisers Hyderabad, who seek redemption after finishing last season. Cummins, the IPL auction's second-highest buy, carries the dual burden of captaincy and delivering as a bowler.

SRH was on the brink of a historic T20 comeback, but KKR's last-over surge was simply unstoppable. Harshit faced immense pressure, but the seamer held his nerve. An unforgettable death from the right-armer.
