Mohammad Rizwan is the subject of a complaint by an Indian Supreme Court attorney.In order to add gasoline to the flames, Vineet Jindal, a Supreme Court of India attorney, has officially lodged a complaint against Rizwan with both the International Cricket Council (ICC) and the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). Rizwan's decision to pray during the game, according to Jindal's complaint, "raises questions about the spirit of the game."

Notably, this is the same attorney who in the past complained against Pakistani sports broadcaster Zainab Abbas for tweets he said were "anti-Hindu," which ultimately caused her to leave the ODI World Cup in India in 2023 without warning.Regarding Rizwan's performance in the present World Cup, it's critical to note that he is now the competition's top run-scorer. His reliable performance has been crucial to Pakistan's effort thus far. His efforts, however, were unable to help Pakistan upset archrival India in their previous match, which was Pakistan's first loss in three tournament games.
