In the 2nd ODI, Australia Women were put to bat first and they posted a great total of 282 runs at the end of their 50 overs. Even though the visitors lost both their openers quickly, some superb knocks in the middle order made the difference. Ellyse Perry led the batting with a vital 91-run knock. For England Women, Nat Sciver-Brunt scored a classy century but it did not come in a winning cause as England Women lost by a mere 3 runs in the end.
