Reeza Hendricks can be termed as a destructive opener with classic strokeplay. Even though he is not a slogger, he can score quick runs with absolute ease. The talented batsman featured in South Africa's U-19 team during the 2008 U-19 World Cup held in Malaysia and was also a part of the final where his team lost to Virat Kohli led India U-19. With the retirement of Hashim Amla, there was a vacancy and Reeza was drafted in the South African limited-overs squad again for the tour of India in 2019.
