Born on January 3, 2005, Noor made his first-class debut for Kabul Region on April 29, 2019, in the Ahmad Shah Abdali 4-day Tournament at just 14 years old. Later that year, he played his first T20 match for Mis Ainak Knights on October 8, 2019, in the Shpageeza Cricket League. By December 2019, he earned a spot in Afghanistan’s squad for the 2020 Under-19 Cricket World Cup.
His career in franchise cricket took off in July 2020 when he was signed by the St Lucia Zouks for the Caribbean Premier League (CPL).
