Profile:

Born in the town of Innisfall in Queensland, Dunk moved early to Brisbane to give himself more opportunities as a cricketer. Having represented his State side Queensland in the youth teams, Dunk went on to play for Australia in the 2005 Youth World Cup.

Dunk made his Queensland debut as a wicket-keeper batsman in the T20 format following the injury to Chris Hartley, who was the wicket-keeper at the time. Following a successful stint, he was then called upon in the First Class circuit to play for Queensland, this time as a specialist batsman. His forte, is the shortest format of the game which he relishes to the core. In the first season of the Big Bash League, he was signed up by Sydney Thunder but only managed to play a single game. His most notable contributions came for the Hobart Hurricanes in the third edition of the Big Bash League where he displayed his aggressive style up front and powered the Hobart Hurricanes to the final of the BBL. Consistent runs saw him earn the Player of the Tournament. In the 2014 Indian T20 League, he was picked up by the Mumbai franchise for Rs 20 lakhs.
