PAK vs SL 1st ODI Highlight- Pakistan won the first ODI by 6 runs: Pakistan started the ODI series with a win, defeating Sri Lanka by 6 runs in the first ODI in Rawalpindi.

Sri Lanka's tour of Pakistan began on November 11. Pakistan defeated Sri Lanka by 6 runs in the first ODI played at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. In a thrilling match, Wanindu Hasaranga tried his best to lead Sri Lanka to victory, but the Pakistani bowlers maintained their composure, bowling tightly in the final overs.

Pakistan, batting first, scored 299 for 5. In reply, Sri Lanka could only manage 293 for 9 in 50 overs. Wanindu Hasaranga top-scored for Sri Lanka with a 52-ball 59, including seven fours. As long as Hasaranga remained at the crease, Sri Lanka's hopes of victory remained intact, but his dismissal in the 49th over dashed all hopes.

Salman Agha Scores a Brilliant Century -

Sri Lanka won the toss and elected to bowl first, a decision that initially proved to be a wise one. Pakistan's batting faltered from the start of the innings. By the 24th over, the score was reduced to 95 for four. However, Salman Agha took charge and rescued Pakistan from trouble.

Salman displayed a remarkable balance of patience and aggression, scoring an unbeaten 105 off 87 balls. He hit nine fours and remained at the crease until the last over. Hussain Talat shared a crucial 62-run partnership with him, and together they added 138 runs for the fifth wicket. Salman was supported in the final overs by Mohammad Nawaz, who scored an unbeaten 36 off just 23 balls, hitting five fours and a six. The two added an unbeaten 66 off 37 balls, taking Pakistan to 299 for five.

Hasaranga Shows Power with the Bat -

The Sri Lankan team's start to the chase was not particularly impressive. The Pakistani bowlers maintained constant pressure. However, Wanindu Hasaranga tried to turn the match around in the middle overs. He scored 59 runs in just 52 balls, hitting seven fours. As long as Hasaranga remained at the crease, Sri Lanka's hopes of victory remained alive, but his dismissal in the 49th over dashed all hopes. Sri Lanka could only manage 293 for nine in their allotted 50 overs, losing the match by six runs.
