Estadio Carlos Tartiere History
Estadio Municipal Carlos Tartiere is a multi-purpose stadium located in Oviedo, Spain. With a capacity of 30,500 spectators, it is the 17th largest stadium in Spain and the largest in Asturias. The new Carlos Tartiere will replace an old stadium (built in 1932) named after the club's first president, Carlos Tartiere, which was the home ground of Real Oviedo. The stadium has hosted three matches of the Spain national football team (a total of seven matches have been held in the city), one match of the Spain national under-21 team and one match of the Asturias autonomous team.
